• Do you accept Fleet Cards?

  We only accept Foss, Jim Pattison and Holman fleet cards.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay), Debit, Cash, and select Fleet Cards.

• What kind of wash system do you use?

  We use a soft-touch tunnel system using Neoglide brushes that are safe for your cars finish and don’t hold any dirt like soft cloth. Hogs hair brushes are used for prepping parts of the vehicle. We use high quality soaps and cleaning products. We never use stiff brushes, and all interiors are clean by hand using microfiber towels. Towels are cleaned after each vehicle.

• How do I submit a complaint or feedback?

  Use the contact form on our site or speak to a manager in person. We review every message and use your input to improve.

• How often should I wash my car?

  It depends on how and where you drive. In winter, we recommend washing once every one to two weeks to protect against road salt. In other seasons, every two to four weeks is a good baseline to maintain your car’s appearance and longevity.

• What happens if I’m not happy with the service?

  Please speak with us before you leave. If something looks off or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly redo it if we are able with the tools we have.

• Do I stay in the car during the wash?

  You’ll exit the vehicle before the start of the wash process. We will guide your car through the wash tunnel, clean the interior by hand, and finish with a hand towel dry before returning your vehicle.

• What exactly is included in a full-service wash?

  Every full-service wash includes an exterior presoak and clean, interior vacuuming, glass cleaning (inside and out), dashboard and console dusting, towel drying, and rubber mat cleaning. Trunk vacuuming and undercarriage rinses are available at no extra charge if requested.

• Do I need an appointment to get my car washed?

  No appointment needed! We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Our large team allow for short wait times even during our busiest times.

• How long does the wash take?

  A full-serice wash typically takes between 10 to 15 minutes per car. Thanks to our large team, wait times are usually 2 minutes per car in line.
